Terms of Use

OfficeXField is a development preview of a field service management application, built and operated by Joshua Miller as an independent developer. By accessing or using the site, you agree to the following plain-language terms.

1. Not a released product

This is a development preview. The site is built in public, live in a production environment, but is not a commercially released service. Features, pricing, and data may change or be removed without notice. Any pricing shown is illustrative of the intended future model, not a live offer.

2. No affiliation with Microsoft

OfficeXField is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Microsoft 365, or any other company. The name refers to “office meets field,” not to any Microsoft product.

3. Accounts & conduct

  • Provide accurate information when you register.
  • Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service to store unlawful content or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Only use test data during the development preview.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no service-level agreement. Expect downtime, bugs, and data resets. Do not rely on the development preview for business-critical operations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joshua Miller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the development preview.

6. Termination

Access to the development preview may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@officexfield.com.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The current version will always be posted at /terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
